摘要
为缩短设计周期,提高变速箱换段品质,根据非道路车辆动力换挡变速箱实验要求,设计开发大型非道路车辆动力换挡变速箱试验台。基于模块化设计方法,设计以动力装置、HMCVT、加载装置、泵控马达系统、支撑机构组成的机械系统。基于传动系统,分析作业工况下的工作速度要求,结合车辆行驶阻力公式,确定液压系统设计要求。根据试验台测控要求,开发了以工控机、数据采集卡、转矩转速传感器和控制器、执行器组成的测控系统。试验结果表明:本课题设计的液压机械无级变速器传动方案连续可行;离合器在不同阶段呈现不同充油特性,换挡离合器的油压升高可缩短换段时间。
        In order to short the designing period and improving the quality of shifting. According to the requirement of nonroad's experiment,Design a large non-road vehicle power shift transmission test bed. Designing on the modular method,the test bed consisted by the power device,HMCVT,loading device,the system of pump control motor,a mechanical system consisting of a supporting mechanism. Based on transmission system,analysis requirement of working speed conditions,and combining the formula of vehicle driving resistance to determine the design requirement of the hydraulic system. According to the test and control requirements of the test bed,developed a measurement and control system which consisted by IPC,data acquisition card,torque speed sensor controller and actuator. The test results showed that: the plan that designed by the subject can run steady and continuously,the clutch reflect different oil filling characteristics in different stages,and increasing oil pressure of clutch can increase the needed time of shifting.
