我国房地产市场洗钱行为的经济伦理视角审视

摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济水平逐步提高,在兴盛的同时也带来了一些负面影响,不法分子洗钱活动的蔓延趋势逐步从金融市场转移到消费市场,尤其是时下热门的房地产行业。通过房地产行业进行洗钱的方式,相较于直接通过银行等金融行业转移的方式显得更为隐蔽,更有利于实现资金的保值增值。究其原因,相关法律法规尚不健全只是其中之一,市场经济伦理建设力度的不足也是让不法分子钻此制度"漏洞"的重要原因。鉴于此,以政府房产管理部门的机构有必要加强市场经济伦理思想和制度建设,以便从根本上杜绝此类违法犯罪行为。
With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy in China, the spread of money laundering by illegal means has gradually shifted from the financial market to the consumer market, particularly to the currently hot real estate industry. The way of money laundering through the real estate industry is more covert than the way of transferring money directly through the banking and other financial industries, since it is more conducive to the preservation and appreciation of capital. It is more commonplace because first the laws and regulations concerned are not perfect, secondly the lack of market economy ethics construction makes it possible for lawbreakers to take advantage of this system "loopholes". To find a solution, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of market economy ethics and system by the government real estate management departments in order to put an end to such illegal and criminal practice.
