护理干预对预防新生儿皮肤抓伤和管道脱落的效果观察

摘要
目的:在临床上,研究对新生儿采取护理干预的方案进行护理后的价值。方法:选取某院新生儿,例数合计为200例,选取时间范围是2017年5月5日～2018年3月5日,将其依据随机数字表法原则分两组,100例为一组。一组给予基础临床方案为主护理(对照组),另一组再联合使用护理干预(观察组),对比两组的皮肤抓伤、胃管脱落、留置针管脱落、鼻导管脱落指标。结果:观察组新生儿在护理后,其发生皮肤抓伤数据0.00%、发生胃管脱落数据0.00%、留置针管脱落1.00%、鼻导管脱落1.00%,各指标综合评价和对照组相比,均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:实施护理干预方案于新生儿当中,新生儿的皮肤抓伤、管道脱落等状况发生概率较低。
Objective: In clinical practice, to study the value of neonatal nursing intervention. Methods: 200 newborn cases from May 5, 2017 to March 5, 2018 in a hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table method, with 100 cases as one group. The control group was given the basic program care, and the observation group used a combination of nursing intervention. The indexes of skin scratch, gastric tube exfoliation, indwelling needle tube exfoliation and nasal catheter exfoliation in the two groups were compared. Results: In the observation group, 0.00% with skin scratches, 0.00% with gastric tube exfoliation, 1.00% with indwelling needle tube exfoliation, and 1.00% with nasal cannula exfoliation. The comprehensive evaluation of each index of the former was better than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The implementation of a nursing intervention program in the neonatal, neonatal skin scratches, pipe exfoliation and other conditions occur have a low probability.
