新时代中国收入差距变化的新趋势

摘要
十八大以来,我国收入差距整体呈下降趋势,但根基不牢。进入新时代,财富存量差距益显突出、保障性政策回弹、就业难问题更加突出、财政托举作用减弱,短期内收入差距缩小趋势可能出现逆向回弹,存在进一步扩大的风险。但从长期来看,随着我国市场化改革深入推进、反腐长效机制逐步建立、机会公平制度不断完善、社保网络日益细密,收入差距缩小为大势所趋。实现收入差距的缩敛可控,必须掌握拧紧收入差距安全阀的关键:坚持以人民为中心的发展思想、正确处理好公平和效率的关系。
Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China, the income gap in China has shown a downward trend, but the foundation is not solid. Entering a new era, the wealth gap has become more pronounced, the security policy has rebounded, employment has become more difficult and the role of fiscal support has been weakened. In the short term, the trend of narrowing of income gap may be reversed, and there is a risk that the income gap will widen further. However, in the long run, with the deepening of China's market-oriented reform, the establishment of a long-term anti-corruption mechanism, the continuous improvement of the opportunity equity system and the increasing refinement of the social security network, it is an inevitable trend to narrow the income gap. To realize the reduction and control of income gap, we must grasp the key which is adhering to the people-oriented development idea and correctly handling the relationship between fairness and efficiency.
