产科护理新模式对产妇焦虑和分娩质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨产科护理新模式对产妇焦虑和分娩质量的影响。方法 选取2016年4月~2017年7月我院接收的产妇120例作为研究对象,采用随机分配的方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用一般护理模式,观察组采用产科护理新模式。结果 根据本院研究数据显示,通过采用产科护理新模式的观察组的产妇的焦虑状况、分娩方式以及产妇分娩前后的SAS评分均优于采用一般护理模式的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产科护理新模式能够有效缓解产妇的焦虑状态,提高分娩质量,值得在临床护理中推广应用。
objective: to explore the effect of new obstetric care model on maternal anxiety and delivery quality. Methods: a total of 120 parturients received in our hospital from April 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly assigned to be divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group adopted the general nursing mode and the observation group adopted the new obstetric nursing mode. Results: according to our research, according to data by means of the obstetrics nursing new mode observer group of maternal anxiety status, delivery way and SAS scores before and after puerpera childbirth were superior to adopt the general nursing mode of the control group, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: the new mode of obstetrical nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety state of puerpera and improve the quality of delivery, and it is worth promoting the application in clinical nursing.
