住院次数对精神分裂症一级亲属心理状况的影响

摘要
目的:探讨住院次数对精神分裂症一级亲属心理状况的影响。方法:将2017年4-12月湛江市第三人民医院收治的90例精神分裂症患者的100名一级亲属按照发作次数分为初次发作一级亲属组(n=50)和反复发作一级亲属组(n=50),比较两组症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分和疾病家庭负担量表(FBS)评分。结果:反复发作一级亲属组焦虑、抑郁、强迫症状、躯体化、人际关系敏感、偏执、恐怖、敌对及精神病性评分及SCL-90总分、均分及阳性项目数均显著高于初次发作一级亲属组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);反复发作一级亲属组家庭关系、家庭日常生活、家庭经济负担、家庭成员心理健康、家庭成员躯体健康、家庭休闲娱乐活动评分均显著高于初次发作一级亲属组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者住院次数的增多会使一级亲属家庭负担加重,心理健康水平降低。
Objective:To investigate the influence on the number of hospitalization on the psychological status of first-degree relatives of schizophrenia.Method:From April to December 2017,100 first-degree relatives of 90 schizophrenic patients in the Third People's Hospital of Zhanjiang were divided into first-degree relatives of the first attack(n=50) and repeated first-degree relatives(n=50) according to the number of attacks.The score of symptom checklist(SCL-90) and family burden of disease(FBS) of two groups were compared.Result:The scores of anxiety,depression,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoia,terror,hostility and psychosis,total score of SCL-90,average score and number of positive items in repeated first-degree relatives were significantly higher than those in first-degree relatives of the first attack,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Family relationships,family daily life,family financial burden,family members' mental health,family members' physical health and family recreational activities scores in repeated firstdegree relatives were significantly higher than those in first-degree relatives of the first attack,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increase of the number of hospitalization with schizophrenia aggravates the family burden of first-degree relatives and reduces the level of mental health.
