摘要
功能性高分子的主链选用壳聚糖,利用西弗碱反应制备了癸基化壳聚糖与具有亲疏水性质的羧甲基化癸基化壳聚糖衍生物。通过疏水相互作用,制备了壳聚糖负载氧化铁复合纳米粒子,复合粒子为超顺磁性,分散良好,尺寸均一,性质稳定,生物相容性好。
        Alkyl-chitosan derivatives(decyl chitosan)and N-decyl-O,N-carboxymethyl chitosan were successfully synthesized with chitosan acting as main chain of the grafted polymers.The water-soluble magnetic composite nanoparticles were achieved by incorporation of iron oxide nanoparticles(IO)inside the polymeric micelle core through hydrophobic interaction.The vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM),AFM,TEM,DLS and MTT results indicated that the CMDCTS@IO composite nanoparticles with narrow size distribution were prepared,which showed that the nanoparticles had good superparamagnetism,good water solubility and low cytotoxicity.
