基于社会认知理论的中医使用行为研究

摘要
目的:探究我国中医科普环境、中医药健康文化、居民中医使用行为三者之间的关系。方法:选取2016年全国中医药健康文化知识普及工作情况及中国公民中医药健康文化素养调查项目的有效数据87,635条。利用SPSS进行因子分析,删除存在cross-loading的测量条目,并采用Amos 23.0对数据进行一阶CFA分析,应用Asymptotically distribution-free法进行结构方程模型拟合。结果:环境因素对居民行为和主体素养的标准化路径系数分别为0.274和0.254,主体素养对行为影响的标准化路径系数为0.175(P<0.005)。结论:环境因素对居民行为和主体素养有正向影响,居民主体素养水平对中医使用行为具有正向影响,表明素养水平的提升可以有效促进居民健康的行为。
Objective: To explore the relationship among science popularization environment, health culture,and residents' use behavior of TCM. Methods: This paper selected 87,635 valid data on the survey project of popularization and culture literacy of TCM health care knowledge in 2016. SPSS was used for factor analysis to delete the cross-loading measurement items, and Amos 23.0 was used to perform first-order CFA analysis. The Asymptotically distributed-free method was used to fit the structural equation model. Results: The standardized path coefficients of environmental factors to residents' behavior and literacy are 0.274 and 0.254 respectively,and the standardized path coefficient of literacy influence on behavior is 0.175(P<0.005). Conclusion: The environmental factors have a positive impact on residents' behavior and literacy. Residents' literacy level has a positive impact on TCM use behavior, indicating that the improvement of literacy level can effectively promote residents' healthy behavior.
