糖皮质激素降阶梯联合抗病毒治疗早期乙型重症肝炎的阻断效果

摘要
目的研究糖皮质激素降阶梯联合抗病毒治疗早期乙型重症肝炎的阻断效果。方法随机抽取74例早期乙型重症肝炎患者,随机分为参照组和联合组,各37例。参照组采用常规综合治疗,联合组采用糖皮质激素降阶梯联合抗病毒治疗。观察治疗效果。结果①联合组病死率及并发症发生率与参照组相比要低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②联合组消化道及黄疸症状改善时间与参照组相比要短,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③联合组治疗后肝功能指标改善优于参照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素降阶梯联合抗病毒治疗早期乙型重症肝炎具有显著效果,值得应用于临床推广。
Objective To study blocking effect of glucocorticoid de-escalation combined with antiviral therapy on early severe hepatitis B. Methods Choose 74 cases early severe hepatitis B patients randomly and divide them into control group and combination group randomly, 37 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine comprehensive treatment, and combination group with glucocorticoid de-escalation combined with antiviral therapy.Observe curative effect. Results mortality and complications incidence of combination group was lower than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). improvement time of digestive tract and jaundice symptoms in combination group was shorter than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). after treatment, improvement of liver function index in combination group was better than control group, with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid de-escalation combined with antiviral therapy has significant effect in treatment of early severe hepatitis B, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
