摘要
民航管制员工作的特殊性决定其频繁处于心理应激状态,对空中管制安全产生较大影响。为量化多因素影响下管制员心理应激反应,论文分析了管制员主要应激源,运用范德波尔方程模拟了管制员在应激源作用下的情绪变化,利用隐马尔可夫法分析了管制员应激源与工作状态之间的关系,并基于典型人格管制员实际月度工作情景仿真,得到了外界应激源刺激下其情绪发展变化曲线,为准确掌握管制员应激状态、制定应激管理措施提供了科学依据。
        The specificity of ATC work frequently puts controllers under the condition of psychological stress,which is to exert a significant impact on ATC safety. In order to quantify the psychological stress response of air traffic controllers under the effect of multi- factors,the paper analyzed controllers' major stressors,simulated controllers' emotion changes under the effect of stressors by using Van Der Pol equation,and analyzed the relationship between ATC stressors and work condition by using Hidden Markov Model. Based on the monthly simulation of the actual work situation of the controllers with typical personalities,the paper gained the emotion change curve under the external stressor,which provides the basis for managers to better understand controllers' stress condition and formulate relevant stress management measures.
