摘要
宜昌市西陵二路沿江大道~东山大道D7-D6段大直径雨污合流管道采用人工挖掘顶进施工,由于地质条件复杂,导致钢筋砼顶管顶进受阻,进而改用内套钢管顶进施工,辅以预注浆加固掌子面软弱土体,采用可调向工具管及工具管防护装置,严格控制顶力及顶进轴向偏位,顺利完成了该段顶进作业。
        The large-diametered rain-and-waste-water-discharging pipes for Contracted Sections D7-D6 between the Yanjiang Avenue and the Dongshan Avenue along Xiling Road 2 in Yichang are to be laid by means of manually drilling and jacking.Owing to the complex geological conditions of the site,the jacking of the ceiling reinforced concrete pipes is stopped,in which case the internal steel tubes are provided inside the pipes,which are then jacked,with slurry slip cast in advance to consolidate the weak earth body of the work face,and the direction-adjusting tool pipes and tool pipes adopted as the protective devices.In the meanwhile,the jacking force and the axial deviation of the jacking are strictly controlled.Because of all the above-mentioned technical measures,the jacking operation of the section is smoothly completed.
