有晶体眼植入人工晶体矫正高度近视的临床效果观察和护理体会

摘要
目的总结有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入手术效果与围手术期护理。方法对32例高度近视患者56眼,术前近视度数在-10.00—-23.00D之间,表面麻醉下植入后房型人工晶体,对围手术期护理配合进行回顾。结果经过护理32例患者均能密切配合,顺利完成手术,术后裸眼视力优于术前最佳视力,手术效果满意,未发生严重手术并发症。结论有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入术矫正高度近视效果良好,安全有效。良好的心理护理是手术顺利完成的前提条件,完善的术前准备,训练有素的手术配合是保证手术成功的关键。
Objective To summarize posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation surgery effect and nursing experience to explore nursing cooperation. Methods 56 eyes of 32 patients with high myopia patients preoperative myopia between-10.00--23.00D, implantation the posterior chamber intraocular lens under local anesthesia, review the perioperative care. Results Through the care all of 32 patients were able to closely cooperate with the successful completion of the surgery, postoperative uncorrected visual acuity better thanor eqral to the best corrected visual acuity before surgerym surgical resrlts were satisfactory,and no serious complications. Conclusions Posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation to correct high myopia effect is safety and effective. Good psychological care of patients is guarantee for the surgery successful completion of the prerequisite, perfect preoperative plreparation, the trained operative cooperation is key to successful operation.
