负责人禀赋与合作社经营绩效——基于160家合作社的调研

摘要
文章基于浙江省衢州市、丽水市160家合作社的调查数据,分析了合作社负责人禀赋特征与合作社经营绩效的关系。结果表明:合作社负责人以男性为主,年龄集中在41—60周岁,42.5%是党员,村干部的比例为28.1%,曾以农业劳动为主要职业;负责人相对年轻、担任村干部、是党员、曾为管理人员的合作社,经营绩效相对较高,而负责人性别以及文化水平与合作社的经营绩效没有明显差异。
Based on the survey data of 160 cooperatives in Quzhou and Lishui, this paper analyzes the relationship between the endowment characteristics of co-operatives and cooperative management performance. The results show that the persons in charge of the cooperative are mainly male, and the age is concentrated in 41—60 years old. What's more, among them, 42.5% are party members, 28.1% are village cadres, and most of them were agricultural laborers.Those in charge of co-operatives who are relatively young, as village cadres, are party members, and those who have been managers have relatively high operating performance, but there is no obvious difference between the gender of the person in charge and the level of education between the cooperative and the operation performance of the co-operative.
