摘要
目的比较穗加精液分析(SSA)自动检测系统与血细胞计数板人工计数法在小鼠精液分析中的功能及效果。方法采用SSA自动检测系统和血细胞计数板分别对成年雄性C57BL/6小鼠的精子一般形态、浓度、运动学参数及活力进行检测,并进行统计学分析。结果采用SSA自动检测系统计数小鼠的精子浓度显著高于血细胞计数板人工计数法(P<0.05)。SSA自动检测系统检测小鼠精子直线速率为(25.41±6.42)μm/s,曲线速率为(74.13±5.82)μm/s,直线性为(24.63±8.43)%,前向性为(41.00±9.62)%。小鼠的精子活动率SSA自动检测系统高于血细胞计数板人工计数法(P<0.05)。结论 SSA自动检测系统能够直接观察精子的形态、运动并进行相应的参数分析,准确率高,操作简便,为小鼠精液的分析提供了方便可靠的方法。
        Objective To compare the functions and differences of Suiplus semen analysis(SSA) automatic detection system and manual counting using hemocytometer in mouse semen analysis. Methods The general morphology, concentration, kinematic parameters and motility of sperm samples of adult male C57 BL/6 mice were measured by the above two methods respectively. The data were statistically analyzed. Results The sperm concentration detected by the SSA system was significantly higher than that detected by manual counting(P<0.05). The results of the SSA system showed that the straight line velocity was(25.41±6.42) μm/s,the elocity in curvilinear velocity was(74.13±5.82) μm/s,the linearity was(24.63±8.43) %,and the straightness was(41.00±9.62) %. The proportion of motile sperm detected by the SSA system was significantly higher than that detected by manual counting(P<0.05). Conclusion SSA automatic detection system can directly observe the morphology and movement of sperm,and analyze the corresponding parameters simply but accurately,which provides a convenient and reliable method for semen analysis.
