摘要
目的评估FA160全自动粪便分析仪检测粪便常规的临床应用性能指标。方法按照《全国临床检验操作规程》(第四版)要求,以人工显微镜镜检为金标准,评价FA160全自动粪便分析仪检测粪便的携带污染率,检测WBC和RBC的灵敏度及特异度,分析仪器检测结果与人工镜检结果的一致性。结果全自动粪便分析仪的携带污染率为0%,分析仪检测白细胞的灵敏度为92.5%,特异度为95.6%;检测红细胞的灵敏度为92.0%,特异度为95.5%,两者与人工镜检结果的符合率为94.8%(P=0.454,Kappa=0.716)和94.5%(P=0.629,Kappa=0.791)。结论全自动粪便分析仪与人工镜检结果一致性较好,可以应用于临床。
        Objective To evaluate the clinical application of FA160 automatic stool analyzer.Methods According to the National clinical laboratory operating procedures(4th),stool specimens were performed the routine detection by using automatic stool analyzer and manual microscopy examination,the results of the manual microscopy examination were considered as the golden standard.The Carryover rate of the analyzer was calculated, the sensitivity and specificity of WBC and RBC were assessed by the analyzer at the same time, the consistency between the automatic stool analyzer and the manual microscopy examination was observed.Results The Carryover rate of the automatic stool analyzer was 0%,the sensitivity and specificity of detecting WBC by the analyzer were 92.5% and 95.6%, which of detecting RBC were 92.0% and 95.5%.The coincidence rates of WBC and RBC with the results of manual microscopy were 94.8%(P=0.454, Kappa=0.716)and 94.5%(P=0.629, Kappa=0.791).Conclusion The automatic stool analyzer and the manual microscopy examination for stool have good consistency in the detection results,the automatic stool analyzer can be used in clinical.
