人性化护理对胆结石手术患者术前焦虑的影响

摘要
目的探讨人性化护理对胆结石患者术前焦虑的影响。方法将我院2017年3月—2018年1月收治的65例胆结石手术患者作为研究对象,给予所有胆结石患者人性化护理干预,主要通过环境、心理、健康教育这几个方面来加强护理服务,并观察人性化护理干预的作用。结果患者对人性化护理干预都非常满意,且焦虑自评量表分数明显降低。结论采取人性化护理可以让胆结石手术患者减轻术前焦虑的症状,让患者的手术可以更加顺利的进行,患者对于护理的满意度均较高,有利于改善护患关系,人性化护理对于胆结石手术患者有着至关重要的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing on preoperative anxiety of patients with gallstones. Methods From March 2017 to January 2018, 65 patients with gallstone operation in our hospital were taken as the research object. Humanized nursing intervention was given to all patients with gallstone. Nursing service was strengthened mainly through environment, psychology and health education, and the effect of humanized nursing intervention was observed. Results The patients were very satisfied with humanized nursing intervention, and the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale were significantly reduced. Conclusion Humanized nursing can alleviate the anxiety symptoms of patients with gallstone surgery, and make the operation more smoothly. The patients' satisfaction with nursing is higher, which is conducive to improving the relationship between nurses and patients. Humanized nursing plays a vital role in patients with gallstone surgery.
