摘要
服务学习是一种创新的教育实践,是开展实践育人和服务育人的有效途径,对改革人才培养模式,促进大学生发展具有重要的理论价值与现实指导意义。应用对西安交通大学6 266名本科生的调查数据,分析了大学生参与服务学习和能力发展的状态,探索了大学生参与服务学习对其能力发展的影响。在此基础上,提出了进一步推进服务学习,促进大学生发展的对策建议。
        Service learning is not only a creative education practice, but also an efficient way to implement the practice and service education. It has theorical value and guiding significance in reforming talents' cultiviation modes and improving undergraduate students' development. This paper applied the survey data from6,266 undergraduate students in Xi'an Jiaotong University to analysis the status of the undergraduate students' service learning engagement and their competence development, and to explore the influence of undergraduate students' service learning on their competence development. The study showed that undergraduate students' competence has been improved significantly than they entered to universities, but they are not highly engaged in service learning. Undergraduate students' engagement in serveice learning has a positive influence on their cmompetence development. According to the study, the universities shall explore service learning modes, and draw successful experiences to creat service learning platfrom for the students, and futhermore shall enhance the interacttion and coordination between service learning and curriculum learning. Meanwhile, undergraduate students shall not only pay more attention to service learning, but also more actively engage in it so as to improve their competence development.
