摘要
民办高校从事行政管理的专职人员,因学校属性和工作属性等多方原因,容易产生职业倦怠,从而影响工作成效。本文对职业倦怠形成原因进行深入分析,有针对地提出缓解及改进对策,有利于促进民办高校行政工作稳定、高效运转。
Full-time personnel engaged in administration of private colleges and universities are prone to job burnout due to various reasons,such as school attributes and job attributes.In this paper,the reasons for the formation of job burnout in-depth analysis,the proposed mitigation and improvement measures to promote the management of private colleges and universities stable and efficient operation.
