摘要
企业构建人才强企管控体系,必须充分认识人才工作现状,切实增强实施"人才强企"战略的紧迫感,提高"人才强企"战略实施的科学化水平,做好人才引进、培养和使用工作,为"人才强企"战略实施奠定坚实基础。
It is necessary to fully understand the current situation of talented person work,to strengthen the urgency of implementing the strategy of "developing enterprises by talent management",to improve its scientific level,so as to lay a solid foundation of the implementation of "developing enterprises by talent management"strategy.
