城市公园人文景观评价指标体系的构建及实证研究——以福州市闽江北园为例

摘要
通过现场调研和资料分析,构建了基于层次分析法的定性与定量相结合的城市公园人文景观评价体系。以福州闽江北园为例进行实地验证,探寻能发挥最大效用的人文景观建设途径。结果表明:(1)筛选22项具有代表性和客观性的指标,16项指标入选评价体系;(2)准则层的权重排序依次为功能价值(0.3326)、人文价值(0.2721)、文化感知(0.2204)、形态美学(0.1749);(3)福州市闽江北园人文景观总体评分较高,有代表性五处人文景观的综合得分依次为中共闽浙赣边区革命纪念碑(3.9028)、福州历史文化长廊(3.8434)、桥梁模型雕塑(3.7580)、滨水文化雕塑(3.4218)、福印台(3.1924)。该研究以期能为我国公园绿地人文景观的规划建设和改造提供理论和实践指导。
The evaluation index system of urban park humanistic landscape is constructed through the field investigation and data analysis based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of AHP. The ways to maximize the effectiveness of humanistic landscape construction are explored by taking Fuzhou Minjiang North Park as a case to carry out field verification. The results showed that:( 1) 22 representative and objective indicators passed the gray screening,16 indicators were selected;( 2) weights ranking of the criterion layer were as follows: functional value( 0.3326),humanistic value( 0.2721),cultural perception( 0.2204),morphological aesthetics( 0.1749);( 3) the overall score of the humanistic landscape of Fuzhou Minjiang North Park was higher,and the comprehensive score ranking on the five categories of humanistic landscape as follows: revolutionary monument( 3.948),Fuzhou historical and cultural gallery( 3.8434),bridge model sculpture( 3.7580),waterfront culture sculpture( 3. 4218),Fu Yin Tai( 3. 1924).This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the planning and reconstruction of humanistic landscape in China.
