人民币国际化发展现状和存在的问题

近年来,人民币离岸中心加快全球布局,人民币跨境支付交易量迅速上升,人民币国际化进程日益加快,人民币已成为全球第四大支付货币,2015年7月,中国人民银行宣布增持黄金,为人民币成为国际货币作了铺垫。通过分析人民币跨境结算地区分布、流通方向以及货币功能,发现人民币仍处于国际化初级阶段,具体体现在功能以结算货币为主、结算量具有明显的区域集中性、人民币流通方向以流出为主,以及人民币投资功能薄弱。提出加快离岸中心建设、开放资本市场、提升整体经济实力,推动经贸往来等措施,逐步将人民币推上国际货币舞台。
In recent years,RMB off- shore financial centers and cross- border settlements have achieved significantly developed. The process of RMB globalization has sped up. RMB has ranked the 4th in the global currency of payment. In July2015,the People's Bank of China has announced the increasing holding of gold,which further provide foreign reserve support for RMB to become a global currency. This report analyses the current situation from the aspects of the distribution of RMB cross- border settlements,RMB flowing directions,the function of the currency,which realizes that RMB is still at the beginning stage of globalization. Specifically,RMB is still mainly playing the settlement function,the settlement amount is regionally concentrated,the flow direction of RMB is mainly outside,instead of inside,and the investment function of RMB is relatively weak. It is still necessary to continue open new RMB off- shore centers,open the RMB capital market,and improve the development of domestic economy and foreign trade,to make RMB finally play at the stage of global currency.
