建立肛瘘模型的动物选择与常用造模方法分析

摘要
文章对历年来研究者常用的集中建立肛瘘模型的动物不同的特点、造模方法等内容作以综述。应用计算机检索1950年1月至2017年11月期间PUBMED的相关文章,共收集到22篇相关文献,对符合纳入标准的12篇文献进行分类整理并作为文章参考文献。对常用肛瘘动物模型特点、造模方法的优点与劣势进行总结分析,认为大鼠与兔肛瘘模型在未来肛瘘术后创面愈合模型选择中有极大优势。
        This article reviews the different characteristics and methods of anal fistula models which have been commonly used by researchers in the past years. A total of 22 relevant articles were collected from PUBMED during 1950-1/2017-11. Twelve documents that met the inclusion criteria were classified and sorted out as references in this paper. Animals as models should be able to accurately reflect the pathogenesis and healing process of human anal fistula. The characteristics of anal fistula models which have been commonly used, the advantages and disadvantages of common experimental animals anal modeling methods were summarized and analyzed. It is concluded that rat and rabbit models of anal fistula have great advantages in the selection of future models of wound healing after anal fistula operation.
