摘要

矿井提升机是立井建设、生产过程中最重要的运输工具,提升系统的好坏,不但直接影响矿井的生产,而且还影响矿井的安全和人身安全,是矿井建设的关键设备。提升机系统里,最关键的部分是液压制动、电控系统和电机变频驱动三大部分,而电机变频驱动部分是对电机原转子回路串电阻调速驱动系统的升级换代,也是本文将要介绍的重点部分。本文详细介绍MVe2系列四象限提升机专用高压变频器在本溪思山岭铁矿矿井提升机上的成功应用。
        Mine hoist is the most important transportation in the production of shaft construction.Mine hoist's quality affect the production and safety.The hydraulic brake,electric control system and the motor drive system are the key part of mine hoist.The motor inverter drive does replace the motor rotor series resistance variable speed is the key point.The article introduces the successfully application of TMEIC MVe2 series of four quadrant hoist special high-voltage inverter in Benxi Sishanling iron mine.
