人际心理素质探讨

摘要
人际心理素质是一种重要的素质,对个体发展具有重要意义。论文结合实际,探讨主要人际心理素质,对人际交往给予指导。从个人品质角度看:幽默感、丰富的知识、自信、勇敢、真诚、有责任感等可以有力增强人际吸引力。从人际交往过程中的自我调控来看:善于建立联系、情绪调控、人际觉察力等是重要的人际交往心理素质。从交往态度来看:表达能力、交往意愿、善于满足对方需要、形象管理、人际忍受力、人际交往互动能力等都是重要的人际交往素质。培养这些素质,形成良好的人际交往习惯,提升人际交往能力。
Interpersonal psychological quality is an important quality, which is of great significance to individual development. Combining with the reality, this paper explores the main interpersonal psychological quality and gives guidance to interpersonal communication. From the perspective of personal qualities: sense of humour, rich knowledge, self-confidence, courage, sincerity, sense of responsibility can strongly enhance interpersonal attraction. From the point of view of self-regulation in the process of interpersonal communication: good at establishing connections, emotional regulation and interpersonal awareness are important psychological qualities of interpersonal communication. From the perspective of communication attitude: communication ability, communication willingness, good at meeting the needs of the other party, image management, interpersonal tolerance, interpersonal communication and interaction ability are all important interpersonal communication quality. Cultivating these qualities can form good interpersonal habitsand improve interpersonal skills.
