国内学者影响力评价Altmetrics指标研究

摘要
[目的/意义]利用Altmetrics对学者影响力进行评价已得到广泛认可,但现有Altmetrics指标均来自于国外网络平台,由于我国政策和语言差异,我国学者对其使用较少,导致已有的指标体系不适用于我国学者的评价,因此文章参照国外Altmetrics指标体系构建了适合我国学者影响力评价的Altmetrics指标体系。[方法/过程]文章在分析国外Altmetrics指标来源平台的基础上,从国内相似平台的代表性平台中选取Altmetrics指标,引入因子分析法筛选指标并确定权重以构建指标体系,利用相关性检验和二维评价方法对所得指标体系进行验证。[结果/结论]以上方法所构建的指标体系可以用于我国学者影响力评价,但评价层面不同于传统文献计量指标,二者互为补充。
[Purpose/significance] The use of Altmetrics to evaluate the influence of scholars has been widely recognized.However,the existing Altmetrics indicators are from foreign network platforms.Due to the policy and language differences,Chinese scholars hardly use them,which cause the existing Altmetrics indicator system unsuitable to evaluate Chinese scholars.Therefore,by referring to the foreign Altmetrics index system,this paper constructs the Altmetrics index system that is suitable for the in-fluence evaluation of Chinese scholars.[Method/process] Based on the analysis of the Altmetrics indicators source platforms abroad,the paper selects the Altmetrics index from the similar representative platforms in China,introduces the factor analysis method to filter the indicators,determine the weights,and construct the index system,and uses the correlation test and two-dimensional evaluation method to verify the final index system.[Result/conclusion] The index system constructed can be used to evaluate the influence of Chinese scholars,but the evaluation level is different from the traditional bibliometric indicators.The Altmetrics index system constructed in this paper and the traditional bibliometric indicators are complementary to each other.
