EB病毒的概述
摘要
EB病毒(Epstein Barr virus, EBV),又称人类疱疹病毒(Human herpes virus 4,HHV-4),它只能在B淋巴细胞中增殖,其感染与多种疾病有关。根据感染后是否产生有感染性的病毒子代,可分为增生性感染和非增生性感染:与增殖性感染相关的抗原有早期抗原、膜抗原和衣壳抗原,已确定的非增殖性感染抗原有核抗原和潜伏感染蛋白。研究EBV的抗原及抗体,对揭示EBV与鼻咽癌的关系以及鼻咽癌的早期诊断均有重要意义。
