综合性护理干预对神经外科护理术后患者眼部消肿的作用观察

摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预在神经外科术后患者眼部消肿应用效果。方法选取神经外科2015年2月—2016年2月术后眼部肿胀的120例患者为对照组,给予常规护理。选取神经外科2016年3月—2017年2月收治的术后眼部肿胀患者120例为观察组,给予综合性护理;比较两组的眼部消肿效果、症状消失时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组的消肿总有效率高于对照组,治疗后肿胀评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的局部红肿、痒痛消失时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理能够加快神经外科术后患者的眼部消肿,提高患者和护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the clinical role of ‘comprehensive nursing intervention' in facilitating the reduction of postoperative eye swelling. Methods Firstly, 120 patients having eye swelling resulting from neurosurgery during the period from February 2015 to February 2016 were chosen as the control group and treated with traditional nursing. Another 120 patients having eye swelling resulting from neurosurgery during the period from March 2016 to February 2017 were chosen as the experimental group and treated with ‘comprehensive nursing'. The effects of eye swelling reduction, time of disappearance of symptoms and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were then compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The swelling score as achieved after treatment was lower than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The length of time of local swelling and the time for itch and pain to disappear in the experimental group were shorter than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions comprehensive nursing can effectively facilitate the reduction of postoperative eye swelling and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.
