碳约束下长江经济带区域节能减排效率时空分异研究

摘要
运用改进的超效率DEA-EBM模型和全局Malmquist-Luenberger指数法相结合的综合方法,对2006~2014年长江经济带各省市节能减排效率进行评价,以揭示时间演进规律和区域差异特征。结果显示:考察期整个长江经济带节能减排效率得到提高。从空间分布看,长江经济带省际节能减排呈现出东高西低特点;从时间看,整个长江经济带节能减排效率呈先降后升的U型趋势。长江经济带省际节能减排效率差异经历了先增后减的过程,并有持续下降的趋势。在影响节能减排效率的诸多因素中,技术进步是推动长江经济带节能减排效率提升和区域差异缩小的主要动力,并得出结论与有意启示。
        This paper evaluates the energy-saving & emission reduction efficiency in Yangtze River Economic Zone from2006 to 2014 by adjusted Super DEA-EBM model and Global Malmquist-Luenberger index method,and analyzes the change rule and regional difference characteristics of them. Result show that,the whole Yangtze river economic belt efficiency was improved. From the spatial distribution of the Yangtze river economic belt,the provinces presents the efficiency with "east high,but west low"characteristics. From the time the whole Yangtze river economic belt efficiency has the"U"type trend.The provincial efficiency difference has the process of"increase after decreases first",and have continued to decline trend.In a number of factors that influence efficiency,technological progress is the main power to ascend. In the end,it gave the conclusion and got some implications.
