“人类命运共同体”思想的历史语境分析

摘要
"人类命运共同体"思想并不是我国为了应对全球性发展问题提出的自我保护策略,也不是如同外界对其进行错误解读的那般,而是有其特殊的历史语境韵味。综合来看,经济全球化时代的高度依赖是"人类命运共同体"思想提出的时代背景,中国优秀传统文化是"人类命运共同体"思想提出的文明力量,马克思共同体思想是"人类命运共同体"思想提出的哲学逻辑,新中国外交理论与实践是"人类命运共同体"思想提出的现实依据。在此基础上,对"人类命运共同体"思想的历史语境进行全面分析与深刻解读,方能体会"人类命运共同体"思想蕴含的理论与实践意义,强有力地向世人诠释"人类命运共同体"思想彰显的人类共同发展愿景。
The idea of "Community of Human Destiny" is not a self-protection strategy for our country to deal with the global development problems,nor is it the same as the misinterpretation of it by the outside world,but has its special historical context charm.Generally speaking,the era of economic globalization is highly dependent on the background of the idea of "Community of Human Destiny".The excellent traditional culture of China is the force of civilization proposed by the idea of "Community of Human Destiny".Marx's thought of community is the philosophical logic put forward by the thought of "Community of Human Destiny".New China's diplomatic theory and practice are the realistic basis for the idea of it.On this basis,we need to comprehensively analyze and profoundly interpret the historical context of the idea of "Community of Human Destiny",in order to understand the theoretical and practical significance of the idea of "Community of Human Destiny",and to interpret forcefully the vision of common development of mankind embodied in the idea of "Community of Human Destiny".
