摘要
从女性在董事会中的比例和任职情况两个方面来看,大多数国家女性参与董事会的程度都比较低。本文旨在综述有关女性参与董事会的文献,从理论研究和实证分析两个方面大量回顾女性在公司发展过程中作用的文献,试图找出董事会性别多元化和公司治理之间的关系。
