不动产数据房地一体整合关键技术研究

摘要
研究了在房屋和土地登记信息与空间位置不全面的情况下,通过建立房地一体协同整理的工作流程,整理宗地上的所有不动产登记信息。通过在某大型城市不动产数据整理项目的应用实践,实现了该市不动产登记"停旧发新"工作和日常业务的办理,表明房地一体作业模式可靠有效,对其他城市的不动产存量数据整合有一定的借鉴意义。
The paper studied on housing and land registration information and spatial location is not comprehensive situation,through the establishment of the real estate cooperative arrangement work flow,collated all real estate registration information on the parcel.Through the application practice in real estate data consolidation project,implementation of the real estate registration for"stop the old and give out new ones"work and daily business,indicating that integrated operation model of house and land is reliable and effective,for other city real estate stock data integration has certain reference significance.
