摘要
管道既是连接过程设备的受压管件,又是输送流体的承压通道,同样是炼化装置设备管理中不容忽视的系统。通过对粗氢管道内积液造成腐蚀与对腐蚀控制的分析,从管道设计选材、使用中工艺防腐以及过程设备的气水分离等环节进行了讨论。建议管道设计给出设计使用年限;过程设备增设气水分离器;使用中尤其是超过使用年限的管道,在注重日常巡检、维护与年度检验的同时,合理安排定期全面检验,并以定点测厚、腐蚀监测及合于使用评价等方法,使管道处于完好状态。
        The pipeline is not only the pressure component which connecting process equipment, but also the pressure channel which conveying the fluid. It is a nonneg ligible system in the equipment management of the refining and chemical units. By analyzing the corrosion caused by fluid accumulation in the crude hydrogen pipe and the corrosion control, the selection of materials in pipeline design, the process anti-corrosion in operation and the gaswater separation in the process equipment are discussed. It is suggested that the pipeline design service life should be considered when designed, the gas-water separation should be added in the process equipment. The pipeline in using, especially when exceeding the design service life, should pay attention to arrange not only the daily inspection,maintenance and annual inspection, but also the regular comprehensive inspection at the same time. The fixed-point thickness measurement, the corrosion monitoring and the fitness for service are used together. The pipe can kept in good condition when the above methods carried out.
