肾混合性上皮和间质肿瘤一例

<正>患者女,42岁,因"左腰部阵发性疼痛3年,加重6个月"入院。3年前患者无明显诱因出现左腰部疼痛不适,伴恶心、无呕吐,无畏寒、发热,无尿频、尿急、尿痛,无肉眼血尿,未予重视,未进一步检查及治疗,半年前,患者疼痛症状加重,来我院就诊。专科检查,双腰线对称,肾区无红肿无包块扪及,左肾区轻微叩击痛,右肾区无叩击痛,双侧输尿管走行区无压痛。膀胱区无压痛,无包块扪及。上腹部增强CT示:左肾中
