延续护理对农村精神分裂症患者遵医行为和生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨分析延续性护理对农村精神分裂症患者遵医行为和生活质量的影响,探索精神患者出院后维持康复状态,适应社会,提高生存质量的方法。方法选取本院2017年8月出院的156例农村精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按居住地等分为观察组和对照组,对照组均采用常规护理和出院指导及出院后电话回访,观察组患者在对照组护理基础上加用延续护理,比较两组患者出院1、2、3个月后遵医行为和生活质量。结果观察组采取延续护理后遵医、生活质量优于对照组,差异具有统计学义(P<0.05)。结论通过实行延续护理,患者能够较好的完成医院和家庭的转接,维持患者残余功能,最大程度恢复生活能力,实现自我护理,提高生存质量,部分恢复就业能力,减轻家庭经济负担,使农村的精神患者更好的回归社会,避免疾病复发。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of continuous nursing on the compliance behavior and quality of life of the patients with rural schizophrenia, and to explore the methods of maintaining the state of rehabilitation and adapting to the society and improving the quality of life after the mental patients were discharged from hospital. Methods 156 cases of rural schizophrenic patients discharged in our hospital in August 2017 were selected as the research object. The subjects were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the residence place. The control group all adopted the routine nursing and discharge guidance and the telephone return after discharge. The patients in the observation group were treated with continuous nursing on the basis of the control group, and the 2 groups were discharged from hospital 1, 2. After 3 months, the behavior and quality of life were observed. Results The compliance and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Through the implementation of continuous nursing, patients can better complete the transfer of hospital and family, maintain the residual function of the patients, restore the living ability to the maximum degree, realize self nursing, improve the quality of life, restore the ability of employment, reduce the family economic burden, and make the mental patients in the countryside better return to the society and avoid the society. The disease recrudesce.
