摘要
目的:了解移动支付平台在医院的实施情况,并对其应用效果进行评价。方法:分别选取连云港市第一人民医院两个时段各240名就诊患者,对其就诊情况进行系统跟踪和问卷调查,了解该系统在诊疗过程中的运行情况。结果:两组患者的年龄、性别构成、学历以及户口所在地的一般资料比较无显著差异(P>0.05);平台启用后患者知晓率相对于启用前有显著提高(P<0.05);启用后诊疗过程中挂号、取药、候诊、付费以及总耗时显著低于启用前的患者(P<0.05),而就诊所花费的时间明显高于启用前患者(P<0.05);启用后患者的就诊率为97.0%,明显高于启用前就诊率86.0%(P<0.05);启用后患者的满意度为92.9%,明显高于启用前83.3%的满意度(P<0.05)。结论:以微信为基础的移动支付平台能够提高患者知晓率,缩短患者诊疗过程的总耗时,有利于医院就诊率的提升和患者满意度的提高,加快医院信息化高水平的建设。
        Objectives: To learn the implementation of mobile payment platform in hospitals and evaluate its effect. Methods: A total of 240 patients in Aug. to Dec. 2017 and Jan. to Apr. 2018 were selected as study objects. Systematic tracking and questionnaire survey were conducted on their medical condition to understand the operation of the system in the process of diagnosis and treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in age, sex composition, education background and location of residence between the two groups(P >0.05). The awareness rate of the patients after operation was significantly higher than before operation(P <0.05). The time spent on registration, drug collection, waiting room, payment and total cost in the process of post-commissioning treatment is significantly lower than that of patients before commissioning(P <0.05), while the time spent on clinic is significantly higher than that of patients before commissioning(P <0.05). The diagnosis rate was 97.0% after operation, which was significantly higher than 86.0% before operation(P <0.05). The satisfaction of the patients after the implementation of the platform was 92.9%, which was significantly higher than 83.3% before carry it out(P <0.05). Conclusions: The mobile payment platform based on WeChat can improve the awareness rate of patients, shorten the total time of patients' diagnosis and treatment process, promote the improvement of hospital consultation rate and patient satisfaction, and speed up the construction of high level of hospital informatization.
