摘要
抗氧化性能是纳滤膜的重要性能之一,影响纳滤膜的应用和分离成本。文章通过截留率变化率和水通量变化率来表示纳滤膜抗氧化性能,并应用统计学理论和测量不确定度评定要求对抗氧化性能测试结果的不确定度来源进行了分析,评定了测试结果的不确定度,分析了各不确定度分量对总不确定度的影响。纳滤膜抗氧化性能测试结果表示为ΔR=-9. 43%±1. 28%,k=2;ΔF=-14. 31%±0. 93%,k=2。
        The oxidation resistance is one the most important characterization parameters of nanofiltration membrane,which impacts the separation cost and application of NF membrane. In this article,the oxidation resistance performance is expressed by the change rate of rejection and water flux. The sources of uncertainty in the test results of oxidation resistance were analyzed by applying statistical theory and evaluation requirements of uncertainty. The uncertainty of the oxidation resistance performance was assessed and the influence of each uncertainty component on the total uncertainty was analyzed. The test results of oxidation resistance of NF membrane were expressed asΔR =-9. 43% ± 1. 28%,k = 2; ΔF =-14. 31% ± 0. 93%,k = 2.
