摘要
目的探讨参苓白术散对幼龄哮喘大鼠气道炎症的影响。方法将3周龄SD雄性大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、参苓白术散组、地塞米松组,每组10只。观察大鼠的一般情况、肺泡灌洗液细胞计数、细胞因子水平、肺组织病理变化。结果 (1)参苓白术散组、地塞米松组大鼠生理状态、哮喘症状均好转,体质量与模型对照组相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)参苓白术散组、地塞米松组大鼠肺泡灌洗液炎症细胞计数、白细胞介素17(IL-17)均显著低于模型对照组,IL-10、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)均显著高于模型对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)参苓白术散组、地塞米松组大鼠肺组织炎症低于模型对照组。结论参苓白术散改善哮喘大鼠气道炎症可能与减轻肺组织炎性细胞浸润、降低IL-17水平和提升IL-10、TGF-β1水平有关。
        Objective To investigate the effects of Shen Ling Baizhu powder on airway inflammation in young rats with bronchial asthma. Methods Three-week-old male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model control group,Shen Ling Baizhu powder group and dexamethasone group,10 in each group. The general condition of the rats, the alveolar lavage fluid cell count, the cytokine levels, and the lung histopathology were observed.Results(1)The physiological status and asthma symptoms of the rats in the Shen Ling Baizhu powder group and the dexamethasone group were improved; the difference in body mass compared with the model control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The inflammatory cell count and IL-17 of alveolar lavage fluid in rats of Shen Ling Baizhu powder and dexamethasone groups were significantly lower than that of the model control group;IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels were significantly higher than the model control group(P < 0.05).(3)The lung tissue inflammation of the rats in the Shen Ling Baizhu powder group and the dexamethasone group were less severe than that in the model control group. Conclusion Shen Ling Baizhu powder can improve airway inflammation in young asthmatic rats, which may be related to alleviating inflammatory cell infiltration, decreasing IL-17 level and increasing IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels.
