网络健康教育平台在骨科护理中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的探析网络健康教育平台在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法 120例骨科住院患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者予以常规健康教育护理,观察组应用网络健康教育平台开展健康教育护理。比较两组患者的健康知识掌握率、满意度。结果观察组患者健康知识知晓率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.926, P=0.015<0.05)。观察组患者服务态度、护理操作、健康教育及住院环境满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理中应用网络健康教育平台开展健康教育护理可提高患者健康知识掌握率,且患者满意度高,值得推广和应用。
        Objective To discuss and analyze the application effect of network health education platform in orthopaedic nursing. Methods A total of 120 orthopaedic inpatients were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional health education nursing, and the observation group received health education nursing in network health education platform. The health knowledge mastery rate and satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results The observation group had significantly higher health knowledge mastery rate as 96.67% than 83.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.926, P=0.015<0.05). The observation group had significantly higher service attitude, nursing operation, health education and hospitalization environmental satisfaction score than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of network health education platform in orthopaedic nursing can improve health knowledge mastery rate with high satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of promotion and application.
