开口理疗器有效性和安全性的临床试验

摘要
目的探索开口理疗器有效性和安全性,为临床推广应用提供科学依据。方法选取28例鼻咽癌放疗后张口困难的住院患者,采取自身前后对照用开口理疗器进行干预训练,有效性观察:SOMA分级标准、门齿间距;安全性观察:口腔黏膜有无出血、门齿有无损伤。结果本次共收集病例28例,经开口理疗器训练效果明显。测量训练15天前后门齿间距分别为2.00±0.39 cm、3.21±0.42 cm,开口度比之前增加(t=15.38,P<0.001);张口困难SOMA分级明显改善(x2=30.62,P<0.001),使用开口理疗器对患者进行干预训练后,门齿间距的恢复是具有统计学差异;无严重不良反应事件。结论开口理疗器具有临床有效性和安全性,对鼻咽癌放射后张口困难具有预防、康复和治疗意义。
Objective Exploring the efficacy and the safety of the physical therapy oral speculum to provide scientific basis for clinical application. Methods Selected 28 cases of in-patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who have difficulty in opening mouth after radiotherapy, taking its own comparing with open before and after physical therapy intervention training. Efficacy observation:the SOMA classification standard and the incisor distance; Safety observation: the bleeding of mucous membrane of mouth 、the dental injury. Results A total of 28 cases were elected, and the effect of physical therapy was obvious. The incisors distance before and after 15 days' training were 2.00 ± 0.39 cm, 3.21 ± 0.42 cm, the degree of mouth opening is higher than before(t = 15.38, P < 0.001); both difficulty in mouth opening and the classification of SOMA obviously improved(x2 = 30.62, P < 0.001). After intervention training by using the physical therapy oral speculum of incisor distance is statistically different.Observing no sevious adverse reaction. Conclusion The physical therapy oral speculum have clinical efficacy and s afety, It has the significance of prevention, rehabilitation and treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma with the difficulty in opening mouth after radiotherapy.
