摘要
针对东北粳稻绿色保质减损储藏技术需求,通过开展内环流控温和空调控温两种技术应用实仓试验,经应用效果对比,两种储粮技术均能达到理想的控温效果,均能有效延缓粳稻品质劣变,且水分减量及品质变化无显著差异,但在能耗方面,空调控温技术运行能耗及费用相对较高,因此,采用内环流控温技术对实现东北粳稻保质减损储藏更具有经济性。
        For storage technology needs on quality preservation and loss reduction of northeast japonica rice, paddy storage with inner circulation and air conditioning for controlling temperature on warehouse was conducted. By comparison of application effects,two grain storage technology can achieve ideal control effect,can effectively delay deterioration of quality. Meanwhile water reduction and quality has no significant difference. But in terms of energy consumption, operation energy consumption and cost of temperature control technology with air conditioning is relatively high. Therefore, temperature control technology with inner circulation is more ecnomical to realize storage quality detract of the northeast japonica rice.
