快凝堵漏剂与环氧树脂砂浆在隧道渗水修补中的应用

摘要
隧道衬砌在环向施工缝处常因防水处理不到位,出现渗水情况,对此提出将快凝堵漏剂、环氧树脂砂浆两种材料配合,在隧道衬砌缝渗水施工整治中进行应用,解决了常规方法堵塞、破坏隧道原有防排水体系、防渗堵漏效果差、修补材料与原结构粘结力差等问题。依托贵阳市域货运铁路某隧道维修工程,通过材料配合比实验、抗压实验、抗拉实验等方法,确定修补材料的配合比和强度。根据使用后1年的检验可知,快凝堵漏剂与环氧树脂砂浆用于修补部位未见开裂、松散、渗水等现象,效果较好。该方法对今后类似病害工程的治理有重要的参考意义。
        The tunnel lining is often impervious due to the lack of waterproofing treatment at the circumferential construction joint. In this paper,it is put forward that two kinds of materials,such as quick solidification plugging agent and epoxy resin mortar,should be used in tunnel lining joint seepage construction. The problems are solved,such as blockage of conventional methods,destruction of the original waterproofing and drainage system of the tunnel,poor effect of seepage prevention and plugging,poor bonding force between the repair material and the original structure,and so on. Based on a tunnel maintenance project of freight railway in Guiyang City,this paper determines the mix ratio and strength of repair material by means of material mix ratio experiment,compression test,tensile test and so on. According to the test of one year after application,the results show that the rapid solidification plugging agent and epoxy resin mortar are used in repairing site without cracking,loose,water seepage and so on,and the effect is good. This method has important references significance for similar disease engineering in the future.
