摘要
随着经济的发展,对于大型船舶,尤其是超大型油轮和液化气船舶,在港外进行船靠船的装、卸货过驳作业已很常见。由于船舶在靠、离过程中的操作不当或未按规定操作,从而引发的船间碰撞事故也逐年上升。本文对造成海上船靠船事故常见的原因进行分析,对海上船靠船的作业方式、关键性操作中的风险加以介绍,并提出相应防范措施,减少事故的发生。
With the development of economy, it is very common for large ships, especially super-large oil tankers and liquefied gas ships, to carry out loading, unloading and transferring operations of ship to ship outside the port. Due to improper operation or failure to operate in accordance with the regulations in the process of docking and disembarkation, the number of collision accidents between ships is also increasing year by year. This paper analyzes the common causes of ship-to-ship accidents at sea, introduces the operation mode of ship-toship and the risks in key operations, and puts forward corresponding preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of accidents.
