摘要
目的研究医学生医德教育的现状及存在的问题,为医科大学生医德教育模式的改进提供理论依据。方法问卷调查法。结果部分医学生价值观导向有偏差,超过半数学生的学医动机是收入高、就业率高、职业稳定;对医德教育的认识不够全面,现有医德教育存在空洞乏味、照本宣科等问题,医德教育途径较为单一;辅导员的医德教育功能未得到充分发挥。讨论提高医学生医德教育水平,需重塑部分学生的价值取向,使其领悟救死扶伤是医者天职的内涵。在教学过程中授课老师、临床医生、学术专家、辅导员等应改变传统教育模式,在课堂内外通过形式多样的教育手段传授医德知识。
Objective:The study is to investigate the status quo and the existing problems of medico morality in Chinese medical universities,which aims to provide a theoretical basis to improve the current model of Medical Ethics Education in Chinese medical universities.Methods: Questionnaire Research.Results: Some students are biased in their values,and the motivations of more than half students to learn medicine are high income,high employment rate and professional stability.Their cognition of medical moral education is not comprehensive,and the contents of current medical moral education are too boring,which just repeat what the books say.Besides,the teaching methods are relatively simple.The medical ethics education function of counselors have not been fully exerted.Conclusions:In order to improve the medical ethics of medical students,the value orientation of some students should be re-engineered so that they can understand what a doctor is supposed to do―heal the wounded and rescue the dying.Teachers,therapists,medical experts and counselors should change their teaching models in tradition,imparting knowledge of medical ethics in various kinds of teaching methods.
