关于海塘消浪平台兼做观景平台的探讨——以崇明环岛景观道一期工程(老滧港-八一路)为例

摘要
海塘是沿海城市安全第一生命线,其功能相对单一,主要为挡潮防浪。海塘消浪平台兼做观景平台是一种有意义的尝试,在保证海塘其原有功能的基础上,赋予其新功能。海塘因其滨海亲水的特点,兼做观景平台有其独特的优势。研究表明,海塘消浪平台兼做观景平台是可行的,但须加强管理养护。其内容可以为有景观需求的海塘达标工程提供参考。
The seawall is the first lifeline of urban safety along sea. Its function is relatively single, and mainly resists the tides and prevents the waves. The seawall wave platform concurrently as the landscape platform is a significant attempt. On the basis of guaranteeing the original function of seawall, its new function is given. Taking Chongming Roundabout Landscape road Phase I Project(Laoxiao Port-Bayi Road) as an example, this paper introduces the particular advantages of seawall concurrently as landscape platform because of its coastal characteristic. The study shows that the seawall wave platform concurrently as the landscape platform is feasible, but must be strongly managed and maintained, which can be referred for the seawall up-to-standard projects required for the landscape.
