摘要
[目的/意义]科学揭示产业联盟创新生态系统的演进路径和演进动力,可为我国产业联盟创新生态系统快速构建、成长和转型提供理论支持与决策参考,然而目前对于产业联盟创新生态系统演进机理专门研究鲜有涉及。[方法/过程]运用创新生态系统理论思想,采用解释性案例研究方法,通过对TD产业联盟3G、4G创新与发展历程考察,探究产业联盟创新生态系统演进机理。[结果/结论]研究表明,产业联盟创新生态系统演进路径分为代际演进路径和代内演进路径,代际演进是新旧创新生态系统更替,其演进动力来源于突破性创新驱动力、隐性需求拉动力、创新供给及环境侧政策引导力的综合作用;而代内演进则是既有的创新生态系统的不断成长与完善,其对应的演进动力为渐进性创新驱动力、显性需求拉动力、创新需求及环境侧政策引导力。
        [Purpose/Significance]To reveal the evolution paths and dynamics of industrial alliance innovation ecosystem scientifically,can provide theoretical support and decision-making reference for industrial alliance to rapidly develop,develop and continuously upgrade innovation ecosystem in China,however,there is less current literature aiming to the evolution mechanism of industrial alliance innovation ecosystem.[Method/Process]The paper explores the evolution mechanism of industrial alliance innovation ecosystem through the investigation of TD industrial alliance's innovation history of 3 G and 4 G by interpretive case study and on the basis of theoretical thoughts of innovation ecosystem.[Result/Conclusion]The results showthat,evolution paths of industrial alliance innovation ecosystem include intra-generational path and inter-generational path; and inter-generational evolution is substitution process between the newinnovation ecosystem and the old one,which is the growing and improvement process of the existing innovation ecosystem,which is promoted by the integration of the driving-force of radical innovation,pulling-force of potential demand and guiding-force of innovative & environmental supply-side policies; while inter-generational evolution is corresponding to the driving-force of incremental innovation,pulling-force of explicit demand and guiding-force of innovative & environmental demand-side policies.
