“新农科”:历史演进、内涵与建设路径

摘要
农业生产历经从农业1.0至农业3.0共3个阶段,每一次农业生产变革,都伴随着农业与新技术的结合,科技与教育发挥着关键作用。当前,农业4.0已崭露头角。乡村振兴战略、"四化同步"对推进我国农业农村现代化建设,对农业高等教育提出了新的要求。文章旨在通过对农业1.0到4.0的演变过程、我国农业农村现代化新的需求、农业产业模式新的转变进行简要梳理,对我国农科发展所取得的成绩与存在的问题进行简要分析,探讨适应新形势的"新农科"学科建设与人才培养新模式,并就"新农科"建设提出相关建议。
Each change of agricultural production in China is accompanied by the combination of agriculture and new technology and the agriscience and education play a crucial role in the evolution of agri-3.0 from agri-1.0. Now,the agri-4.0 is taking shape. A new demand is set on the agricultural and rural modernization and agricultural tertiary education by rural revitalization and simultaneous four modernizations. On the basis of summarizing the evolution of agri-4.0 from agri-1.0,new demand on agricultural and rural modernization and new changes of agricultural production modes,the paper probes into the discipline construction and new talent cultivation of new agri-science that suit the new situation and offers some suggestions for the new agri-science construction.
