摘要
英国"教学卓越框架"(Teaching Excellence Framework,TEF)以学生、学习为中心,追求一流教育,指向质量提升,是当今世界上具有重大影响的高校教学评价实践。文章从建立背景、制度设计、实施效应、运作特点四个方面并结合案例对TEF进行剖析与解读,以期为我国"双一流"建设评价体系的建立提供有益借鉴。
        British Teaching Excellence Framework(TEF)is the latest higher education evaluation practice that has a major influence worldwide.It centers on learners and learning,and aims at first-class education and quality improvement.Based on case analysis,this paper focuses on the background,institutional design,effects and mechanisms of TEF.It is hoped that the investigation of TEF can provide meaningful insights for the construction of Double World-Class evaluation system in China.
