摘要
基于创新创业教育的具体现状和特点,宿州学院结合多年来对食品专业"仪器分析实验"课程的改革,摸索出一条锻炼学生动手实践能力和培养学生创新创业能力的"仪器分析实验"课程体系。在"仪器分析实验"中,采用小班上课、精选实验项目、创建新型评价体系,有利于仪器分析实验教学质量,从而满足市场对人才的需求,为其他地方院校的仪器分析实验课程改革创新提供了一定的参考。
Based on the situation and characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship,through exploration on teaching reform and practice of Instrument Analysis Experiment on food speciality, Suzhou University formed experimental teaching system which improved greatly both the practical ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the students in the food speciality Instrument Analysis Experiment. These measures were applied that small-class teaching,elaborate designing experimental contents, building new-type evaluation system, which improve the teaching quality, meet the market demand for talents, and provide some useful reference for teaching reform of Instrument Analysis Experiment in food discipline.
