摘要
利用Hypermesh、Nastran软件,建立某港口典型门架结构港机的细节有限元模型,进行典型工况结构静力分析。同时,结合实测载荷谱和疲劳寿命预测原理,利用Fesafe软件对港机疲劳寿命进行预测,为大型港机安全寿命评估提供参考依据。
Using Hypermesh and Nastran software, the detailed finite element model of the typical gantry structure of a port is established, and the static analysis of typical working conditions is carried out. At the same time, combined with the measured load spectrum and fatigue life prediction principle,the Fesafe software is used to predict the fatigue life of the port machine, which provides a reference for the safety life assessment of the large port machine.
