基于PDCA理论的高职院校实验实训室安全责任制实施路径探析

摘要
针对高职院校实验实训室特点和安全管理存在的各种问题,提出扎实有效的责任制度。责任制落实需要专业知识、监督机制和健全的保障体系。通过分析高职院校实验实训室的特点、安全责任制落实不到位的具体表现和形成原因,结合实验实训室准入、职责与职权相匹配原则、风险管理的PDCA理论,探究高职院校实验实训室安全责任制管理实施路径。
In view of the characteristics of the experimental training room and various problems in safety management in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward a solid and effective responsibility system. The implementation of the responsibility system needs professional knowledge, supervision mechanism and sound guarantee system. By analyzing the characteristics of the experimental training room in higher vocational colleges, the concrete manifestations and the causes of the inadequate implementation of the safety responsibility system, and in combination with the PDCA theory of the admission, the matching principle of responsibility and authority and the risk management of the experimental training room in higher vocational colleges, this paper explores the implementation path of the safety responsibility system management in the experimental training room in higher vocational colleges.
